Who Started World War I: Crash Course World History 210

In which John Green teaches you WHY World War I started. Or tries to anyway. With this kind of thing, it’s kind of hard to assign blame to any one of the nations involved. Did the fault lie with Austria-Hungary? Germany? Russia? Julius Caesar? One thing we can say for sure is that you can’t blame the United States of America for this one. Woohoo! Well, you can hardly blame the US.

Whoa! An mbmbam poster hanging in animated John Green’s study! (Around the 6:20 mark)

I’m so happy to share photos of my second Desert Bus donation - a set of Paper Mario Sprite Figures with matching stands! Everything came out so bright and colorful, perfectly capturing the style and the spirit of the games. I even made it so they can be flipped, just like the in-game sprites. Plus, everyone is to scale so Bowser a truly impressive foot tall, towering over the others that range from 5” (Mario) to 7” (Yoshi).

It ended up being a great deal of work (well over 200 pieces all together), especially since I designed the stands myself and I don’t usually create 3D patterns on my own. But I hope I’ll make some Paper Mario fan incredibly happy in the end.

Gamers: These aren’t games.

I made this dumb post after a few drinks in, like, 10 minutes.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
